Musician, Karla Davis is singer/songwriter from Monroe, North Carolina. Karla is best known for her appearance as a contestant on NBC's 'The Voice'.

Driven by the church, it was the choir that invoked her musical spirit. Though Karla learned to read music in church as a child, she plays guitar completely by ear. Her competitiveness and focus made her want to learn and keep going until she got it right.” Once she became comfortable playing guitar, she started putting YouTube videos up to see how others liked her sound. Karla took a leap of faith when she decided to move to Nashville, TN where she began networking with writers and artists around town and began seeing substantial interest from people within the industry.

Karla has finished recording her debut album, Here I Am, and is ready to begin recording her second album. “I’m doing what I love...and I am absolutely loving every second of it!” Karla has been inspired by such artists as Eva Cassidy, Ottis Redding, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, Joss Stone, Bobbi Gentry, Etta James, Bonnie Raitt, Jason Mraz, Carrie Underwood, Sugarland, and James Taylor.
